Keys are digital goods, so successfully delivered orders are not refundable for change of mind. We replace keys or refund in these cases:
- The key cannot be activated (faulty key).
- The delivered product does not match the plan you bought.
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the key, with your order number and a screenshot of the error. This does not apply to keys that were activated successfully or to issues caused by the hosting provider after activation.
